SUGGESTED USE: small - portable heat or cold pack; medium (as pictured) - weighted eye pillow; large - neck & shoulder / body wrap

HOT PAD: warm up in the microwave in 10-second increments until you reach the preferred temperature. COLD PACK: pop it in the freezer for at least 15 minutes and enjoy!
